Dear Friends of Found,

As an interior designer, I'm often asked what's the new "In" item? Is this in style?  What's trending?"  As a purveyor of antiques and classic decor, with a decided preference for the traditional and timeless, trends aren't at the forefront of my mind.

I was happily surprised while styling a room at Found, to realize, the unifying element was none other than Pantone's 2014 color of the year, Radiant Orchid

Each year Pantone, the industry leader in color, forecasts trends for all areas of design.  click to learn more

Who knew? Color can indeed be the catalyst for making traditional design fresh and on point.

Just in case you were wondering what the color of the year is for 2015, it's Marsala.  click to have a peek
